Anyone know the progress of the SJK © Sungai Long?

Does anybody know how much would our property boost up in price after the oppening of Sg.Long Hospital this coming 1st March 2012? I'm staying in Scot Pine Condo and really hope with the price of my unit will go up-up

So now it is officially toll free all the way to kl city from sungai long n a 4.5mil funded Chinese school n a new hospital ....
Why suddenly so many thing happens here.? After more than 10 years ....
But i still like the toll free to kl city

I just bought unit at Cypress Condo. Its on top floor, move in condition with plaster ceiling and not facing other unit. Its only RM290k, same price for bear unit. Even bank said this unit shouldnt be RM290k. I think I got good deal.

I nearly bought a Condo at flora green for 320K 2 months ago, 10th floor, golf view, I already paid 3%, last minute got another agent called owner to sell for 340K. Haih...

I called that Lap, he not sure about the location or is it freehold or leashold.

As he say will get back to me.

Btw, Which Section is the best to stay in Sungai long?

I remember when i purchase an subsale Condominium at  Green Acre Condo the owner sold to me  for only RM 130k, now it shot almost Rm250-RM300k range already... I already happy for it.. haha..

Any of you guys can point of where this palm walk, palk wak 1, palm walk 2 is ah ? I have no idea there is a palm walk in sg long even staying here for 4 years liow.

Any idea when palm walk phase 2 will complete? Pass by there few days ago and saw the houses like almost done.

which block u purchase the unit? have you check the surrounding of your block building? if you free you try check the unit block near to the old town restaurant, there is alot of crack on the cypress unit itself, feel so horrible, last time my friend stay at the unit that show crack on the outside building. inside the unit, the crack start from the beside the hall area till the end.. when i knock the tile, it sound empty..  i might be wrong.. that is one of the reason also i cancel my plan to buy a unit at cypress, the cypress layout is very huge no doubt..

so any other owner for PW1 and PW 2 can share how the gated for these 2 projects? is it with fence or brickwall? and access card contorl or just guard manually pull up and down for the boom gate..

if there are owners refuse to pay the maintenance fee, how the can drive inside let say no access card?

If such owner really didn't pay then how they can back home? Are they allow go in that area?
