I heard that a SRJK© school already under construction in Sg. long, anyone can confirm this?

This SRJK here is all talk only. Been "talking" about this for so many years already since before my niece were born. Now she has to enrol in the SRJK in Balakong.

I have been to Eastpark 72 show house as well. The semi-D design is good as well. But it is a bit too pricey, at least 1.5 mil and above. To be honest, the surroundings is not that good, a mixture of low cost/end residential and shop houses. Though is close to the commercial area but it is very congested to get in or out especially peak hours. The SA is super duper lansi. He does not even bother to come and explain the project, glazed at you like telling you 'Just scram off, you poor miserable guy!!' 

Good news for Sg Long residences, the proposed alternative access road through Bsl been approved by certain authority, expected will be ready to use within this year.. Bur still, the residence have to pay Rm1 for toll to use that road.. But assure a smoother driving experience..

Love it till the max!! The air over the night so cool as if I stay in Cameron Highland! I could keep my door open over the day without worrying break in.. The whole environment was peaceful! A place that I call home!

PM Najib is going to sg long on 1st March for the ceremony for building new chinese school at 5pm.

Advertised on chinapress newspaper last week Friday.

why toll free?  Still has to pay 90 sens  down and Rm1.00. Those at 9th mile gets toll free.  Mahkota cheras is full toll free?

Congrats!  My friends, who are staying at the bungalows surrounding the golf course, complain that the way out of Sg. Long is quite bad, sometimes take up to 20 mins.  Is that true?

I wonder anyone will buy at that price, these new houses are build next to the rock mountain.
If for own stay, maybe need to think twice.

I think this hill is full of stone or marble inside.... won't easy to collapse...

Where is this place?  Which part of Sg. Long?  I hardly venture inside Sg. Long, so I am not familar.  Is it near Desa Budiman area?

I saw similar steep/rocky hills just behind the Bukit Mandarina Villa 33 semids.  No complaints from buyers so far.

Just for discussion sake.  isnt rock hill stronger than muddy hill?  If the hill is a solid rock, isnt it safer than a hill of loose earth?

It looks like a few kilometer away from TP bungalows, you could hardly see it.

Wira Heights 2 all sold out?  What type of houses?  Price?

Where is the access?  Go through Sg. Long main road?  Gonna add to the jams already there.
