QUOTE(naleh33 @ Apr 4 2011, 04:25 PM) I have been to Eastpark 72 show house as well. The semi-D design is good as well. But it is a bit too pricey, at least 1.5 mil and above. To be honest, the surroundings is not that good, a mixture of low cost/end residential and shop houses. Though is close to the commercial area but it is very congested to get in or out especially peak hours. The SA is super duper lansi. He does not even bother to come and explain the project, glazed at you like telling you 'Just scram off, you poor miserable guy!!' yup.....me met the lady SA also the result...their sales not very good This post has been edited by skng03: Apr 4 2011, 08:11 PM |

QUOTE(Rmarkz @ May 4 2011, 10:07 PM) Good news for Sg Long residences, the proposed alternative access road through Bsl been approved by certain authority, expected will be ready to use within this year.. Bur still, the residence have to pay Rm1 for toll to use that road.. But assure a smoother driving experience.. from sg long to kajang, or u-turn at Twin palm's heading to balakong/ the mines need to pay rm 1.http://www.chinapress.com.my/node/212686 from the mines back to sg long not need to pay |

QUOTE(twins9 @ Mar 21 2012, 06:19 PM) Where is this place? Which part of Sg. Long? I hardly venture inside Sg. Long, so I am not familar. Is it near Desa Budiman area? From main road, shop/ maybank at your right side, UTAR at your right, club house on your left, go straight about 1km u will see the rock hillI saw similar steep/rocky hills just behind the Bukit Mandarina Villa 33 semids. No complaints from buyers so far. |
