100k GROSS is too little la, i already incurred 14k in SPA and loan agrement...Not to mention the interest costs that i will incurr within 3 yrs lock in..If 100k NET would be good...

SMD n bungalow is definite. Not sure about the townhouse. Looking at current situation PB might change their plan. I doubt they will do townhouse at this area. Before maybe but now I doubt so. If they play their card well next phase SMD is more likely if they have a strong analyst team.

By the way The pearl currently is pending for a.p . Expected will be launched in year end. Expecting price to be > 2.5 m. What us your take at this area? You read yourself .

my friend bought two units SMD in taming mutiara, according to him the pearl are asking for >4m, for those who's taming mutiara's purchaser, will get 25% discount from yhe selling price...

I got brand new semi d just completed at Taman Jelok Impian,Kajang.40x80,FREEHOLD.
Situated next to prima saujana n saujana villa,just beside SILK highway.Lots of amenities eg giant,tesco,golf club etc...
selling for rm650k nego..
House is ready,no headache for progress interest or project abandoned.

Now selling price is rm650k? Its over 200k appreciation man..

I think the current price should be around 650k as what is being asked by the agent now.
DB seems really a gem n value buy rclxms.gif looking as what is being discussed in another thread talking about potential of sg.long

The school is near to DB if I am not mistaken. With the new school n new access...
DB benefits a lot from there. smile.gif
Some I heard maybe the KLORR which connect from Sg Long to Rawang.

From other forum, DB is the only gng project in sg long with only 75 units which surrounded by high end bungalow n at the same time surrounded by lavish green. Tranquil n peaceful tongue.gif
