yes, i've got the chop & sign offer letter from PBB, they lock thier rate for me at BLR-1.9% , the letter is dated on 15th Apr 2010. i told them that not sure about the launching date yet when they approved, but they'll definately lock this rate till i pay my deposit & get the sales form from developer.

G n G is one of the selling point in this property, and it's already printed clearly in the broucher, tat's why the selling price is high.
maintenance charges is free for first year, after tat will take over by all owner,hehe.

yes , but i've got other bank offering BLR 2.1 % also smile.gif they actually calculate by MLR coz they're foreign bank,
but i heard that they can increase the interest any time, coz they're beyond control by Bank negara, is that true? icon_question.gif

a) OCBC : BLR -2.1 (SEMI FLEXI PLAN)
b) ABMB : BLR -1.9 (FLEXI PLAN)
c) PBB : BLR -2.1 (SEMI FLEXI)

U can choose with or w/o MRTA, or even period of MRTA, PBB lock in period is 3 years, which is BLR-2.1%, As i know 0 moving cost is no more right now. but u can request for discount on lawyer fees, normally 30%++ of lawyer fees will be given upon request smile.gif

totally agreed!! i'm going to conceal the window between the wet & dry kitchen too! As i know, the staircase is natural wood, not laminated flooring, it's nice but easy to be scratch hmm.gif
About the master room window, u can actually tint it, it'll help! but when u switch on lights at night, opposite can still see u cry.gif

Right side of our link house will be double storeys, back of it will be town house, right side (which the land is higher) will be semi D.
But all this is not proven yet blush.gif

The double storey /town house land is actually bumi reserved land, but the developer is trying to convert, coz they know that's TOO MANY if only reserve for bumi tongue.gif
