No lar.. i think banks dont want to dump anymore money to me anymore... smile.gif
had done my last transaction for this year at SA... will fold my arm and wait till next year smile.gif
even if they dump i wont go in sg long or BMC area for investment.. tongue.gif
if your pocket is still deep enough.. look at SA, Bukit Jelutong, Sg Buloh and Sri Damansara(nearby damansara perdana area)

lucky u got yourself of DB instead of BSL5 hehehe.. or else u need to fork out another 150k hahaha
your DB is in term of psf is < 200psf means lower than Cassia Terraces nod.gif

i hope u didnt get yourself Sanderson tongue.gif that one is a doh.gif

Those corner units are harder to sell coz its too exp.. Imagine the developer charge 100k as corner premium, not to forget its in addition to the RM50 per sqft that they charge on the land size.. n the furnished showhouse cost 900k+, how many ppl can afford? In addition, I think the developer should have more firm stand and forfeit the deposit of those ppl who keep on lagging and delaying...So that other ppl can buy the hse also..

The proposed Chinese School is indeed encouraging, but the government seems laid back n neglect on handling this propose school project which will tremendously benefit for Sg Long folks.. Anyway, area nearby Palm Walk, DB, and T.M is so soothing, makes a great green living experience which is getting so scarce in kl city living..

p/s : heard that there is a hiking place in sg. long, anyone can confirm whether it's locate beside DB? and also those Malton and Sunway residential project in sg long.. anyone have come across of these buzzing?

I remembered the DB sales guy told me that behind DB4 will be townhouse, developed by PB. and the other side should be semiD by PB as well ... hhmmm...

I think u hav misunderstand wht the sales guy says..Wht i understand is the land next to DB4 is a mixture of townhouse and SemD..The land behind DB4 was never been owned by PBSB at all..
