yup..I agreed..looking at their previous project esp Cheras Vista...
their quality and workmanship is not bad at all
due to most of the time they concentrate on smaller volume of units projects
i always believe quality is inversely proportional to quantity [most of the time orcourse there is always an exceptional case]
+ they are bumi co and financially stable co...
but the question is the value at sg long is overprice vs Bkt Sungai Long 5

Looking at the price, I'd rather buy Bkt Sg Long 5 with larger build up and the location is nearer to all the amentities.

yup I agree....BSL5 is nearer to commercial area and having nearer access to the highway
and also on a higher ground level....
btw what is th BSL5 price and size?

however...out of 75 units..only left less than 10 units...as most of the units had been reserved before the soft launch! shocking.gif

Not sure about the price, I think it is starting at 550k. The build up is about 2800sqft. I got the letter for the reservation before the soft launch too but I already bought BSL1. I think BSL 5 will be selling very fast as BSL1,2,3 are quite successful.

free hold gated/guarded landed property, 24 x 75 and 2500sf +-. 75units is only small portion, lots more phases coming.
sungai long is developing now, although this place is not the best place, but not bad for investment especially landed property.

50%? left 20units+ only la, mainly north west direction.

there is 2-3 person 1 shot booked 2 units.

overall so far, 5 malays, 2 indians, the rest all booked by chinese family.

i foresee BSL5 will be priced more than 550k during official launch with the increasing cost of cement and metal.

You mean initial price is 445k? Why they still launching soft launch if already start selling? Btw, this weekend soft launch got 10k discount.

Any estimates as to how much this area can appreciate.... its seems the the area is a bit far back almost at the end of sg long..

I went there today and the guy mentioned of development of phase 5 of mostly townhouse and semi dees...at the back of this area...

Went there yesterday, only left corner unit. The house design is nice with good workmanship. However, the location is a bit deep inside sg.long. It is beside Taming Mutiara & Taman ikhlas.

great crowd....another project where sold out before official launching...
looking at the quality and example of cheras vista 3...and the show unit of DB..i did not surprised it will sold out before official launching...
talking abt taming mutiara....it fetched almost 20% gain during VP..this implies that 'a bit deep' no longer a filtering criterion for buying a house..
heard from the sales.most of it for own stay... with almost all the developer now concentrating on semi-d and bungalow unit.. link-house is a very much after-sought category property in KL....demand is more than supply in this area for freehold linked house..moreover it is gated and nice design and quality finishing linked-house.... >2500sqft ds is very hot in cheras nowadays...
now i m just waiting what Kihuat will do with their BSL5 which will be launch soon...

Actually not very deep inside, about 6-7km from Grand Saga highway, just the access road abit narrow and bad. Maybe due to the construction on going in that area. perhaps the road will getting better when MPKJ repair it. tongue.gif

Is kihuat BSL5 main entrance will be passby Taming Indah & BSL 1/3?
Heard that lanching price at least from 560k+, that's 80k+ you pay for the better location, higher ground and slightly wider size.
