Heard there will be 50+ town houses and 100+ link house beside desa budiman to be launched from PB themself. But whole development is Malay Reserved. Price range would be below below 400k for link house. Anyone can confirm?

Anything to worry about that? If u r aware of sungai long taman taming indah Semi-D case, then nothing to worry about. There was another develpment by Tanming Management beside the Semi-D house. Flat. Most of the resident of the flat are Malays, but i dun see the price of the Semi-D affected. Just for your information, the flat area also call Taman Taming Indah.

The next phase is now open for registration. double storey terrace. Official launch will be by jan 2012 if not mistaken. The advertisement board is in front of sg long before the junction to mahkota cheras.

I just called the developer, the next phase is now open for registration but is for BUMI only.

any detail on how much psf, and how big is the house, and built up?
