Actually there is another road that u may not need to pass thru the secondary school and bandar baru sungai long. Right after the traffic light to Mahkota Cheras, u turn right at second traffic light and go straight to the end, then turn right at the T-junction. U will see desa budiman.

yes, i've got the chop & sign offer letter from PBB, they lock thier rate for me at BLR-1.9% , the letter is dated on 15th Apr 2010. i told them that not sure about the launching date yet when they approved, but they'll definately lock this rate till i pay my deposit & get the sales form from developer.

which block is yours?

I am actually also got the offer from PBB. The rate also BLR-2.1. But the repayment term, OCBC is better for me.

u approach urself to the pbb? or just the officer at the show unit there? if the second one, then just no worry as i also fax my documents to another fax number which not same as the business card and i got the offer finally.

not really.....palm walk now has it own guard post at each entrance now. Last nite at around 12am, I purposely use this road to desa budiman, the road no more closing.

Anything to worry about that? If u r aware of sungai long taman taming indah Semi-D case, then nothing to worry about. There was another develpment by Tanming Management beside the Semi-D house. Flat. Most of the resident of the flat are Malays, but i dun see the price of the Semi-D affected. Just for your information, the flat area also call Taman Taming Indah.

The next phase is now open for registration. double storey terrace. Official launch will be by jan 2012 if not mistaken. The advertisement board is in front of sg long before the junction to mahkota cheras.

Talk to the security there yesterday, the town house got only 58 units with around RM140k, sold out. The DS house, is 20 x 70, about 140 units if not mistaken. The status not sure. Bot DS and town house is for Bumi reserved onli.

i read this thread from 1st till end to consider the pros and cons of this project since this is my first home.

ReiShou, r u staying sg long currently? if u r existing sg long resident, then u will know the traffic problem. Normally early of year until the school 1st holiday, the road exit to sg long will start jam before 6.30am. u will definitely need to spend at least 20 mins to 30 mins just to reach grand saga highway. After 1st school holiday, the traffic will a bit better before 7am, it will take about 10 to 15 minutes to grand saga highway junction. During school holiday, u can reach opposite of jusco cheras selatan about 10 mins time.

I have no idea when the 2nd exit from bukit sg long to silk highway will be ready as Mr. Tan Boon wah did inform me that already got approval. If this ready, the traffic incoming to sg long will be improved. For those would like to goto Balakong and wish to avoid traffic jam, can use the road and pay RM1.
