with Malton going to develop the 67acres land on the hill (semi-d/bunglow), sunway also going to develop semi-d/bunglow near the lake area, Tanming will launch the semi-d/bunglow this coming Sept/Oct at 23acres land opposite taman ikhlas and also a piece of land behind desa budiman.
i think this project can be appreciate to 550k-600k easily after CF, anyway i don't buy because i bought something else. cheers

BTW, anyone know how the security would be? E.g. house owners are provided with remote controls, camera at guardhouse, etc.

When I was there to view the unit, I overheard a verbal promise from sales person that security at DB would be same as BSL - you have your own remote triggers. However, given that every sales person says different thing, I wonder how would the owners be assured of such promises? I personally find BSL's security is quite admirable.

Since DB is not strata titled...DMC is not needed... or else there will be sinking funds and maintenance fees to be charged by developer.
DB community can form their management after 1 year and then the agreement of all tenants can be developed from there....
In my view individual titled is better than strata titled property.. do you have strata titled property?

i wont say all project in this area is value buy... it really depends on the concept offered, quality of built, and other attractive pulling factors which the developer can think ..
