There are quite a number of types of MTP. I would be interested to know which type was built.

E.g. Indah Water - MTP.

The previous post did not go into details.

BTW, what do you guys think about these features?

- hot water piping
- mixer taps
- wiring for security alarm

DB is not offering us these features, would it be correct?

Any knows if the piping in DB would cater for installation of solar heater, water filter, booster pump?

BSL is offering solar heater in their package. I think this is a neat feature that truly justifies the definition of superlink in this era, IMHO.

I have apply loan from public bank, according to him, Desa budiman is handle by shah alam branch, and he request me to email him the document to his personal email address, I asking him why, but according to him public bank email only for internal use not public.
Even fax he is giving me another number which is not same in his name card.
i'm contacting this person base on the brochure given by developer.
Now I'm starting to worry if he is really from PBB and i had pass all my documents to him.

Does anyone has this problem with public bank loan?

I went to desa budiman with my buddy just now, it was so quite, show room was not operating,
so i ask the "Jaga" there, he claimed all the unit 100% sold, even the show house..
impressed with the whole environment.. i'm wondering DB phase 5 will coming soon or not?

wow! who so loaded to buy the show house?? but it is good that all sold out in such a short time that shows desa budiman is something extraordinary in Sg.Long.. my friends also went to see today..they said it is nice and the landscape is nice and got a lot of big house nearby..n the jaga also told them the same thing.. ..anyone know now in which stage?

Do you what is DB phase 5? town house or semi-d? but i know in front of DB..tanming is starting their next phase....

I've seen there are ground work start in front of Desa Budiman, right next to the hill and Palm Walk, i thought it's Palm Walk new phase before.. Never expect DB can sell like goreng pisang cause it's located so deep inside..

I heard from the guard the show unit bought by a Malasian who came back from Russia...
Right side of our link house will be double storeys, back of it will be town house, right side (which the land is higher) will be semi D.
But all this is not proven yet

The double storey /town house land is actually bumi reserved land, but the developer is trying to convert, coz they know that's TOO MANY if only reserve for bumi

Actually there is another road that u may not need to pass thru the secondary school and bandar baru sungai long. Right after the traffic light to Mahkota Cheras, u turn right at second traffic light and go straight to the end, then turn right at the T-junction. U will see desa budiman.

Anyone know when is the first progress billing will be out? Any progress picture? This week kinda busy will def go there when free to take pic

It really depends on whether does the package offered by the developer fits the buyers requirements..G&G projects are selling like hotcakes..

Tanming starting new phase? Not sure considered new phase or not, but I know they are building bungalows there, not the same as the semi-d in taming mutiara.


Sounds like alot of ppl know this new alternative road now. The entrance road is not open yet, heard it will open once taming mutiara is ready, which should be this coming august.

Are you trying to refer to the road that pass thru the golf course enterence and palm walk?

I think probably is this route.. Cause it's much nicer conditions.. But this route will be closed every night after 9pm..

When will this route open officially? Or forever it will close by 9pm? Btw, I understand that you are going to move in the neibourhood taman of DB rite? So you can help us to get the updates on this matter...
