hey guys would it be okay to use 15 meter phone cable to the adsl?

streamyx installer is the person who activate the streamyx which in my case is the tm contractor that come to my house .
u can call 100 and ask for tm contractor (that have been preassigned to u) phone number to arrange the appointment with them.
they will come to ur house to test and setup the streamyx upgrade/activate.
wifi modem will be given to you when the tm contractor come.

TM need it... It is one of the required documents...
To obtain the offer letter, request the letter from your university... and usually, it takes 3 working days to get it... suggest you to move fast...

guys, please advice and give some feedback on my situation.

here goes:
March - applied for cooluni pack from agent that came to my uni in KL to promote. was advised to fix new homeline instead of changing from my dad's line.
end of March - homeline installed in my house in hometown, few days later a lady called to check, and said streamyx will be installed soon.
2nd week of April - no news from streamyx, checked with 100 and online status, it says no order found. went to TMPoint to ask about the problem. They told me agent didn't put in the order, was asked to wait a week while they email HQ and the agent. after 1 week, went back, and they told me that the agent was not authorized to apply for cooluni pack. i asked for a new application and cancel the other, they told me can't coz my IC is alraedy in the system, it's blocked and blah blah blah...so fine, i just filled in my details again, and they said they would deal with it.
Today - Contractor came to my house to activate streamyx, found out that my login id had spelling errors, and also found out that my application came from PJ (KL), instead of Ipoh. Besides that, the package given wasn't what i appiled for, i got 1mb only instead of 4mb.

today will be my 4th visit to tmpoint, can anyone advice on what to do?

i couldn't be more pissed at TM after the series of events before this, and now they give me this crap!

maybe u can use 1mbps 1st then only upgrade to 4mbps after u get the streamyx and netbook..

if u got the slip of streamyx application given at tmpoint during your registration of streamyx
u can show to them the package that u applied and hopefully they can change it to 4 mb
or just ask them to change to 4 mb package since i'm believe it free upgrade if same cooluni pack (from 1 to 4mb)

ask for manager and shout at him/her ... they need this to get the things done... u got the patience to visit for 4 times .. if it happen i need to visit tmpoint , i will make some scene , like the one we saw in the facebook...

haha, 4th time only wad, my friend went more than 5 times already, because of slackness in TM, but in the end, he got it, thus it worth the visits hahaa

thought they will cut my line today morning, until now still havent cut yet...
the faster it cut, the faster unipack can arrive for me.....
argh!

do u think all of the applicant is student ,where can go to tmpoint anytime ? some of them are working adult... but still , they apply for Unipack package

i terminated my line on saturday and till now , 4th days d, still activate..

lol 4 days already?
cuz my neighbour went to TM POINT at Taman Desa at 9am...
submit termination form...
when he back at home, already cant on9 LOL...
TM so efficient ~~

depend on the technical dept ppl... tmpoint key in d , and if technical dept do their job , it will be fast... but who care , i submitted the form d and i got the receipt.

Is this unipack capped ? like 2 , 4 gb ,8gb etc.
