Their waranty is the laptop/netbook itself. Last time I brought along my HP Notebook to get my DC Adapter changed for waranty. The serial behind your netbook is what they used to identify, because they already have all your information in their database. But if they provide waranty card, then it's more advisable to bring... just incase. Happened to me once for my Nokia phone...

It shouldn't be a matter, but I'm not sure how this netbook waranty works though. It could be a different procedure.
This was just my experience with my HP Notebook. Your best bet is to call up HP and ask how it's done. |
