guys, please advice and give some feedback on my situation.

here goes:
March - applied for cooluni pack from agent that came to my uni in KL to promote. was advised to fix new homeline instead of changing from my dad's line.
end of March - homeline installed in my house in hometown, few days later a lady called to check, and said streamyx will be installed soon.
2nd week of April - no news from streamyx, checked with 100 and online status, it says no order found. went to TMPoint to ask about the problem. They told me agent didn't put in the order, was asked to wait a week while they email HQ and the agent. after 1 week, went back, and they told me that the agent was not authorized to apply for cooluni pack. i asked for a new application and cancel the other, they told me can't coz my IC is alraedy in the system, it's blocked and blah blah blah...so fine, i just filled in my details again, and they said they would deal with it.
Today - Contractor came to my house to activate streamyx, found out that my login id had spelling errors, and also found out that my application came from PJ (KL), instead of Ipoh. Besides that, the package given wasn't what i appiled for, i got 1mb only instead of 4mb.

today will be my 4th visit to tmpoint, can anyone advice on what to do?

i couldn't be more pissed at TM after the series of events before this, and now they give me this crap!

just back from TMPoint for the forth time
even some of the staff knows about my case and pity me..

Complained to them about not giving me 4Mbps when I did asked for it, and even saw with my own eyes the staff ticking 4Mbps package on the application form. There's even typo in my login ID, but I wont use the email anyway. I thought I could upgrade there rightaway, but they told me to wait for the first billing, and then upgrade. seems they wanna avoid confusion with the billing

So I guess what's left now is just to wait for the netbook to arrive. Btw, do they send an email to the streamyx email about the netbook? There's a link for me to check the order status also isn't it?

at least you got 2mb. i applied for 4mb and i only got 1mb
and they ask me to wait till the first billing then only upgrade.
