i applied for NEW homeline and i only have 1 telephone line to my house ... i havent terminate my current 1 , but thx to the tm contractor , he straight cabut my current phone port and plug in the new 1 which is Unipack 1....so that i no need to re-wiring a new phone line or terminate my current phone earlier

Oo... Like that u still can terminate the old streamyx account?? I also got a phone line ready there... Might ask the contractor to do so. Hehehe

Even though the homeline already being installed .. I heard that they will only process the netbook order once the streamyx succesfully being installed

Photocopied forms are not accepted, as far as I know.

my house have 3 lines with all streamyx still active..basically u can apply as many telephone line u want as long as the telephone port at ur exchange is not yet full...

btw, emailing to help@tm.com.my ...dont expect them to reply...coz i sent 2 email...been 3 weeks they never reply....such a sucks CSR TM is

according to the tm staff told me today, cancellation need 7 days, activation need 7 days, net book need 14 days after the activation... LOL but it depends, mayb will be faster...

maybe u can use 1mbps 1st then only upgrade to 4mbps after u get the streamyx and netbook..

Hi, just wanna ask you another thing. I've been reading around that we have to personally bring the application form to our college to get a stamp of approval.
Did you have to do that?
If yes, which department in the college did you get the stamp from? also, what other documents did you have to provide?
The first streamyx rep just took a copy of my student ID card and offer letter.

why does the first bill include RM 10 stamp duty? I thought we'd pay the RM 10 when we submit the application form in TM Point....
So, it should be excluded. The TM website also didn't state the RM 10 stamp duty. There written fisrt month fee is half, so if u subscribe RM 68, ur first month fee is only RM 34.

what are the requirements anyway? wat do documents do i need to produce? i see some need school chop or something?

i'm already having a homeline and streamyx at home. is it under my aunt's name. is it more advisable to register a new homeline and streamyx?
then wat is the amount i pay each month? for me, its not necessary for my home to have 2 homelines but if want apply this... wat to do 

how's the netbook performance anyway? hav u already got it? if i take the cheapest package, net surfing speed is it ok?
