guys, please advice and give some feedback on my situation.

here goes:
March - applied for cooluni pack from agent that came to my uni in KL to promote. was advised to fix new homeline instead of changing from my dad's line.
end of March - homeline installed in my house in hometown, few days later a lady called to check, and said streamyx will be installed soon.
2nd week of April - no news from streamyx, checked with 100 and online status, it says no order found. went to TMPoint to ask about the problem. They told me agent didn't put in the order, was asked to wait a week while they email HQ and the agent. after 1 week, went back, and they told me that the agent was not authorized to apply for cooluni pack. i asked for a new application and cancel the other, they told me can't coz my IC is alraedy in the system, it's blocked and blah blah blah...so fine, i just filled in my details again, and they said they would deal with it.
Today - Contractor came to my house to activate streamyx, found out that my login id had spelling errors, and also found out that my application came from PJ (KL), instead of Ipoh. Besides that, the package given wasn't what i appiled for, i got 1mb only instead of 4mb.

today will be my 4th visit to tmpoint, can anyone advice on what to do?

Ya,i know that.   But the streamyx people wont even come after 8 days of waiting.

errr...my current package is combo 1mbps rm110 + voice deals rm10
if i transfer to coolunipack 1mps which mean i need to pay rm38+rm30=rm68 for streamyx, do i need to pay for the monthly fixed line rental rm25? can i still enjoy + voice deals rm10?

lets say im still using the old homeline and streamyx while waiting for tmnet to fix the homeline and streamyx, then only i will terminated the old homeline and streamyx. and my question is will they make another wiring around my house or use the existing wiring in the house? thnx

Went TM point today to re-apply. Because consumer sales selangor do their job like cacat.

Tm point setapak straight key in my data and now got status on all the online status page. Wait for team to assign.

Anyone plan to register uni pack please try to avoid consumer sales. They just dont want to process the application and wait to
collect more order only will process all the application.

I wait for them to key in streamyx application for 2 week, no internet. While TMPoint done it in 2 minute.

The model is HP Mini 210-1003TU.
