Today went to the Kepong TM point to take the original form of the cool uni pack [my college dont accept photostat one]

Guess what, they system is offline [non of my business since i am just taking the form]
What bring me furious is that they did not have the original form, fine.
But that xtupid staff try to make me a fool by giving me a staff netbook form, i asked her about this, and she told me " you no need to care about all this, just fill in the form, and we will do the rest" . wtf !!! .

The staff there is also dont really know about the rules.
I asked them can i apply if the homeline is not under my name, they say cannot, i keep on insist this and she just show me her lanci face. I asked for the brochure, and show her the FAQ, only then she act like blur-blur and ask the officer.

So try to avoid TM Poit Kepong if possible.

And would like to recommend the Wangsa Maju TM Point [near the Wangsa Walk]
Friendly staff which answers all my question well, and always have the smile on his face.

Is there anyway for me to complain about the TM Point Kepong, as well as giving a compliment to the Wangsa Maju officer ?

U know how sux is my technician, I called him for like 4 days, 1st day he say call me tomorrow, 2nd day, he dinc all me so I call him, and once he heard that I wan appointment, he disconnect and shut off his phone, 3rd day cant call, 4th day, call him, he say TM din give him order, and I said TM said they gave, he said he wan to check, I sms him my address, he din call back, once I call back again, he say he is not in office and say will check tomorrow,. WTF, just homeline take so long

anyone able to register for tis package even left 1more year in uni ?

yeah! already install modem...now just wait my netbook to arrive

April 1st 2010 - register Streamyx Cool Uni Pack @ TM Point Kelana Jaya

April 2nd 2010 - contractor called me to install TM Homeline but I said I'm not available so I made appointment on 5th April.

April 5th 2010 - TM Homeline installed

April 13th 2010 - Streamyx installed and activated

Current - waiting for my netbook.

So far I have no problem. I took the 4mbps package and tested the speed on my friend's laptop and it was superb.

My friends who registered thru the promo held in my campus [UNITAR/UniRAZAK] on the last week of January have to wait for a month for TM Homeline installation and all...until now some of them are having alot of probs and not getting d netbook deliverd to them.

I would recommend everyone to register for the package straight at the nearest TM Point.

Does anyone know how i'll b contacted for the delivery of the netbook?...via sms? and/or e-mail?...WHo should I contact? TM or HP?

if i apply for this package 1 week ago, opting for the 30 days quarantine...

BUT 1 week later, they still have not terminate my Internet..

does it mean that my application is still not processed?...do i have to call them to ask?...

anyone encounter this situation of TM not cancelling their Streamyx even after 1 week?..pls advise..

I called 100 yesterday to check streamyx status, but then tehy say no record yet, ask me to call menara TM point, but the number tehy gave me seem to go throught some sort of fax sound..

ANyone know the number?

DOne, MIPS and SamS is selfcare isit? It say no order found, so I wan to call back to TMPOINT because I cant go ter anytime soon as I am busy

hey hey, what if i upgrade to this package from my current 1mb package, am i still tied to the 2 year subscription thing?

today morning tm ppl called me n said will come to fix the line today  but until now i havent received any call.so anybody know wat should i do?i called 100 they just told me to refer to tm point!

i ald called 100 but the staff said she cant do anythg i nd to refer to tm point which i applied.so should i call 100 again?what should i say?

i called 100 to check for my streamyx status, well ... they keep say no record ... finally after 27 days, someone come and install the streamyx (i'm taking normal package)

don't worry if you all get no respond from them , might be they process your application slowly..

but the thing is i've already had my RM88 1mbps package for i dont know how many years, way over the 2 years. if i upgrade, the contract gets renewed? coz the last time i enquired about upgrading the the 4mbps package, the staff told me that there will be no renewal in the contract. plan upgrade. i dont know if it applies for this uni pack too.

My friend receive her termination immediately after submitted the form and was told that 1 week will be done for everything. 2nd week went and ask for status,stated application not in process due to server down. Went 3rd week finally stated that have to waiting for 1 month quarantine period as confirmed by the TM officer. Applied april 1st same as me. Estimated May 1st only they process back the application,1 month struggling without internet with exam,assignment and presentation preparation. Try to terminate that application,register new line and reapply,but not recommended by TM officer.

My journey as summarized here:

April 1st: Applied in TM Point Taipan,officer say my university not listed,but leave form if the HQ approve thn will process,mentioned will call me back at 6-7pm where i submitted at 4pm. Eventually no call received.

April 2nd: Went TM Point Taipan at 8.30AM,ask receptionist and she say my application under process.

April 3rd-7th: Called 100 everyday to ask for status,they say application not in process,plz check with TM Point.

April 8th: 8.30AM went TM Point Kajang, Fail to register as no cop on the form cz 100 Customer service told me that either with cop or offer letter will do,either one can apply,but they insisted with cop.

April 9th: Apply again and instantly process with confirmation slip.

April 10th: Modem was sent to house and approved.

April 11th: Received Streamyx ZONE ID and password

April 12th: HP order was confirmed with no email,but i call to update. Expected delivery date: 20th April.

April 13th: Laptop on the way from SG

April 14th: Laptop reach Malaysia

April 15th: Received call in the morning,laptop arriving this saturday afternoon.

It all ends here. Waiting laptop to arrive and still helping my friend to apply to,but having lot troubles. Today went at 8.30AM again,
No offer letter->Reject,No RM5000 household income slip->Reject, Provided if still have 2 more years in university only can apply,coz our degree only 3 years for Bachelors Degree. They had enforced alot of new rules which previously not.

guys , a quick question .... today i applied 4 mpbs uni pack, so they said will send the technical ppl come .... so i paid for the checking fees? ..... and than .... the netbook i need to wait for 1 month onl can get??  if i upgrade from my previous account also same name ....

if i apply 4 new line, can i transfer it to old line after terminate it for 1 month?
