i dont think so because antenna emit low charge and it wont have any electric static so i think it is safe for it, and i was really impress about apple engineer making it as an antenna where it make it fully useful for that part.

i dont think we can get cheaper price in just creating bulk because apple control its price but good luck.

!!! since we got our 3GS, as i think the 3GS is enough for us to play entertainment ,games and business ,etc .... how we can change the 3GS -> 4G? of coz ,we can buy it after july at local ...but i estimate the price can be higher than 3GS a lot ...

Do we really need 2.5k - 3k for a phone again ?! or saving it for ur property ...Luckily, Apple allow 3G,3GS users allow to upgrade new features...

apple 4G promote video that one thing make us interested their iphone ..a video with cool background music , Top management guys represent their iphone features , the progress of making the iphone ... A cool video make the success of 4G already..all guys are crazy now.

if u want to get iphone 4 at a reasonable price (Not cheaper price, ok), then u guys got to wait, n wait, n wait till maxis launch and get it from maxis.
Else dun dream to get at cheaper price when u want to become a early adopter. To be an early adopter of the iphone4, you got to pay slightly higher price than the market price. Unless u got an oversea contact who is willing to bring in for you.

is the price gonna be the same here? the battery life counted ok or below average?

why should it be cheaper? the nearest similar phone is the Nexus One... thats also RM2500 ...

i'm nt sure whr u r getting ur facts from but if u buy frm the right place, u'll get them at the right price, only thing faster n before maxis can even begin to try to sell them here. if i recall correctly, i bought mine with help from a certain someone frm here, at about rm26xx. even now fast forward one year and maxis selling it at rm 2490...tat sounds a fair deal to me...
buying frm those unethical resellers is the wrong thing to do..their prices r just ridiculous...

If I'm not mistaken, the extended battery life found on the iPhone 4 is because of the new 'larger' battery found in it.

Let's do a comparison...

iPhone 3GS
Talktime - 12 hours
Video - 10 hours
Audio - 30 hours
Standby Time - 300 hours

iPhone 4
Talktime - 14 hours
Video - 10 hours
Audio - 40 hours
Standby Time - 300 hours

Based on this you can roughly tell that the iPhone 4 uses more juice... so it could be more of a hardware thing rather than an OS issue.

ya magic word is "help" from someone. and still the price is slightly higher compare to maxis. and i can expect **** ridiculous/sky rocket price from the unethical reseller once the iphone 4 release in those unlock country. ppl r tend to take advantages if the demand more than supply, how do u judge is the right place n right price. unless there is tumpang bulk from our kind forumner, then i can consider is fair price.
Look at iPad......... what a the price to pay when u get if from the reseller to become an early adopter?

I always advise my junior friends to buy such stuff only if they can afford it - don't buy just to join the crowd. I know few chaps who buy using credit card but they "forgot" unless they pay it fully when bill come, they will end up in debts.

It is better to save money for rainy day - since you mention you have a saving plan, of course save the money for the house. Buy only if you feel you will die without it.

By the way Steve Jobs always highlight only positive issues. Regards the video conference and FaceTime - you can ONLY do it iPhone 4 to iPhone 4 ; other video enabled phones cannot connect with it. And for time being , he say 2010 can connect using WiFi only as 3G not supported. I guess maybe in 2011 with a software update and telco issue settled, one can have it connected thro 3G

dont need video call right know cos dont have anyone to video call with...hehe....hope cant get os4 to optimise my 3gs...

the video call is pointless to begin with,can only connect to wi fi and call to other iphone 4 users at the moment

Once FaceTime can connect thro 3G ...that maybe a new version iphone again ..haha. Awesome..

do the Steve got mention about HTML5 ? so when v upgrade 3GS to newer version to get new features which mean our 3GS can support flash ?~~~
