Purchased TH-P42X28K for RM 2,999 during the the Sunway Road Show with free gift of Panasonic Home Theater System, digital photo frame and a luggage bag.
That TV unit will place in my bedroom. I think I got a good deal.

i'm interested to see how's the new viera cast perform too too bad the X series doesn't have it after X is C series? I suspect the C series is the one with viera cast but only HD ready, as I remember I read somewhere there's going to be 2 lines of HD ready plasmas. '09 models are C, X, S, G in sequence as in features & pricing '10 model starts with X or C? This post has been edited by greyshadow: Mar 29 2010, 08:41 PM

I'm looking forward for the V series. 2 factors to consider though at this point in time:
- promotions before World Cup - black levels degradation over a short period of time. Is it confirmed that Asian units are affected as well?
