Yea. I saw the ad in The Star papers.

Asia's first ever 3d roadshow in Sunway Pyramid. (25-28 March 2010)

I think they are launching the new Viera 2010 models.

So to sum it up:

Asian Panasonic plasma models (both 2009 and 2010) are affected with the black level increase?

And how are the IR on these? I have read some post saying IR is bad (for example with channel logos, gaming) even though panel hours are above 1000. is this true??

I just hope panasonic bring not just 50" entry level tv, but also the mid (especially) and the high end so we can have more choice. Not like last year.....

IMHO not sure for the black level issue. For US model, yes ( can read at CNET) but for Asian model - anyone read anyway regarding black issue for Asian model.

Regarding the IR issue - A lot of postings have been said on this issue, be it the good, the bad or the ugly.

I think a lot of people are so obsessed with this issue so much so they may get OCD. "Don't worry be happy" as what Bobby McFerrin sings & throwing " i give my no. so called me when you are worried..........."

For me no issue at all.

Don't worry be happy with what you bought. Enjoy it to the fullest.

Thanks

I'm using Panny PV80H since 2008. My next TV will also be Panny.

So far, I'm a very satisfied customer. Still got 3 years warranty to go.

To date, not a single flaw on my tv.

Astro and bluray looks excellent on my PV80H.

Good for you bro.

Same here with my PS10K. My next TV will also be a Panny. In fact almost all my household electrical products are Panny.

Thanks
