Nope, u can check 4Mb streamyx availability at nearest TM point or just PM me ur fixed line number.

I read from another forum, inside your bill should have something like:

Talian telephone ---> 4km RMXXX

I think is on the second page of the bill, you have a look.

May i knw hows many days after application, tm will comes to my house to install phone line? they did call us b4 they comes? because im worry that they had come but im not at home.

15/03/10 - contacted tm call center for latest promotion "Blockbuster Deals" throw in few question
ME: Do TM extra charges from existing 1MB (RM88) to 2MB (BB RM140) package?
CS: no extra charges
ME: Any up front charges?
CS: no charges, your next bill will be charge RM140
ME: what is my exiting line support MB? can it be 4MB?
CS: you need to go to nearest tmpoint to check, normally 1MB line to 2MB is possible but 4MB no promise.

18/03/10 - went in tmpoint puchong branch for their latest "Blockbuster Deals" package
SC: we'll charge RM88 for the upgrade!
ME: why?
SC: because this is for new sign up only
ME: but you tm call center say it can be done without any charges.
SC: that one you need to refer to them.
ME: that why I'm here now after I refer to them
SC: the RM88 charges was for technician to change your 1MB port to 2MB port
ME: why customer have to bare this technician cost?
SC: the rules from TM, please refer to head office.
ME: .......
SC: If you want to complaint, go ahead...
ME: ......... walk out.....

CS: No, this package is for new and exiting customer
ME: are you sure?
CS: yes, please make yourself to TM point for registering
ME: This morning I went in but the told me there's will be charges RM88 for technician to switching 1MB to 2MB
CS: you need to refer to TM point
ME: they ask me to refer to CS, now you told me to refer to TM point. Which is which?

Well they are still the best although I dun really like their CS too.. I potonged Streamyx last year & jumped to P1..& now I hv to switch bck to streamyx after realising P1 is 100% worst than TM!

my friends in kepong really told me like that, she say she has pay the wiring charge + extra money by request by the technician

they are not only the best! they must be the best of the best as sooooooo many fcuking years in the internet business!!

myself also had bad experience with pee1 and that why still stay with tmnut! screamyx!

Well..To share wth you, I was at the same TMpoint ~2ks ago re-appling bck my potong-ed line. Waited for such a long que & they also told me the charges I need to pay upfront ~ RM50 +..(Which I dunno dy)

Kenot wait so long, I decided to drop by at TM reseller at Giant Puteri & the whole process only <1min...no need que & according to him, signing up via reseller no need to pay the RM50++ thiby...lucky me..haha..

Anyway we hv no choice here..TM Streamyx still the best..

i believe ... pee1 problem on they supplied "lunch box" modem.

and for amax ... rm68 for 1mb without capping ... that more like it for low speed price

i do not need home line as my family all using mobile phone to communicate and my company using digi as their communication provider...

i am currently using combo 90 package.
If i change to BB90, i think i won't get the deck phone right, since speed is not upgraded...

yes, u wont get the free deck phone but u can get free Wifi Modem.

ZZZZ I am paying Rm110 monthly and this month the speed downgraded from 910 kbps to 45-0 kbps !!! Though some people said streamyx is good enough BUT I STILL HATE STREAMYX !!! paying for such money but getting lousy service ! I cant watch youtube , it need 15 mins buffering to watch 3 minutes clips , WTF ??! sometime disconnect suddenly and need to wait 30 mins to get the service back on ...

tm still haven't send ppl comes to install my fixed line

she just said nevermind because she want to get her streamyx earlier and she had get it now.

but in the future will hv more bad technician like this!
