donno when tm will send ppl comes to install phone line and activate my streamyx

May i knw hows many days after application, tm will comes to my house to install phone line? they did call us b4 they comes? because im worry that they had come but im not at home.

I just hope to get the service soon,because my friend had told me that tm will only do their work if paying them some "extra" money.

my friends in kepong really told me like that, she say she has pay the wiring charge + extra money by request by the technician

she just said nevermind because she want to get her streamyx earlier and she had get it now.

i dont think she got the id for the technician

do u means u took 10 days to get both fixed line and streamyx activated?

my application has no news at all, nobody comes to my house and install the phone so i have to see what happen on next week.

tm still have not send technician comes to install phone line today, maybe my application was rejected lol

TM Wiring man has come just now and he had install the phone for me.

But there is one thing that confusing me now, i had 2 phone line in my house which one have the socket and other one dont have it.

The one already have socket one is using by my housemate streamyx, and he say they dont have provide socket to us, so he try to use a modem splitter to connect with my housemate socket, like this:

line 1 is my housemate phone line and line 2 is the wiring man's work.

So i have a question here, this setup will affected the streamyx speed and service or not? because its used the same phone line but different number, i really hope it would not trouble me in future.

as others member say, its better to apply from a reseller or agent.

tm services is lack of communicate between their departments and im really doubt of their systematic. somemore they just simply answer your question sometimes.

my phone seem like not working at all, so where should i go to complaint?

bro, if my new 1mbps need to upgrade/change to 2mb/4mb need to wait until the contract end?

well, i received my modem today but i found that my dsl light have no light at all, and i had try with my housemate modem, same results too.

what should i do now except calling 100? if there has some fast solution better fix by our own right?

last time i had post a reply for my phone line setup, please refer to the quote below:-

no, i dont have socket when the technician come to setup the phone,
so he found one modem spliter in my house and cut its wire and connect to my housemate phone socket which have a registered streamyx account d.
We use the same phone wire but different phone number, i donno how it function but my phone was working.
