yesterday a technician sent the modem to me(not Riger but Innacomm),
and he asked me to collect the phone at TM point,
i went to there after he left,
and i got the dect phone.

it is not panansonic,
but u have the option to choose whether Aztech or another phone, i cant remember the name,
i choose Aztech because it is branded, hehe..

Added on March 17, 2010, 2:16 pmactually the voice deal is not an add on package for broadband deal,
it is for the users that do not subscribe to streamyx.

before this i also confuse of this,
why the call rate become expensive if i subscribed to the 'add on' package..

see clearly on the page,
u will see they have 2 package: broadband+voice deals and voice deals..

it is really nice if 1mbps can get panasonic set,
but my another account already upgrade to RM110 package on last year(1mbps)...

last year when i apply streamyx,
they also install my phone line after certain days,
i am waiting long time but do not get any calls,
i think this is the efficient of TM.

i just upgrade my combo 60 to bb deals 90 last week,
but when i check from mips,
it shows that i do not have any remaining contract period,
i would like to know is it their technician problem,
or actually we do not have any contract if we upgrade after the 1st contract completed?

just think of switch to U Mobile if i can do it, i found that U mobile only have to pay RM40 for 1mbps speed, 2gb of bandwidth is enough for me, better than i pay RM90 every month for only 512kbps.

but i think tm wont treat us nice without any contract.

with only RM110 include of phone rental fee and free calls to any TM fixed lines+mobile call rate only RM0.10 per minute with free wifi modem.

it shows that i do not have any contract with them,
is it their system cannot update this information,
or actually we do not have any contract with them?

if i do not have contract with them,
plan to terminate and get Digi iPhone instead..

if i wanna terminate,
is it possible to not pay RM350?

i jz went to tm point to terminate my BlockBuster plan,
i only using it one month+,
but from their "summary of request",
it shows that i do not have any contract with them,
and i do not need to pay for admin fee,
is it the "receipt" is the final answer,
or they will still charge me RM350 in the next coming bill?

I saw it when I was in the car,
actually I have already prepare to pay it,
so it is fine,
of cause if I do not need to pay,
it is better.

this package only for those family income that less than RM5000 per month right?
