Has anyone got their DECT phone yet? I've been waiting for nearly 3 weeks since my line is activated still not receiving it yet

tm still have not send technician comes to install phone line today, maybe my application was rejected lol

so our application can be still rejected (technician didn't contact us or turn up) even if we get confirmation receipt of application from TM point?

TM Wiring man has come just now and he had install the phone for me.

But there is one thing that confusing me now, i had 2 phone line in my house which one have the socket and other one dont have it.

The one already have socket one is using by my housemate streamyx, and he say they dont have provide socket to us, so he try to use a modem splitter to connect with my housemate socket, like this:

line 1 is my housemate phone line and line 2 is the wiring man's work.

So i have a question here, this setup will affected the streamyx speed and service or not? because its used the same phone line but different number, i really hope it would not trouble me in future.

1 week after the application in TMpoint, my mother went to TMpoint again as there is no contact from TM technician for checking the line in my house to see if it support 4mb or not.

Guess what they told her? The CS tell her 4mb is not available in my area, while CS told me that my area is under coverage last week!! zzz cheat my feeling!!!

but still my mother switch to blockbuster deal 1mb, they say free DECT phone is no longer in the 1mb package, some people can verify it? or is he cheating my mother?

as others member say, its better to apply from a reseller or agent.

tm services is lack of communicate between their departments and im really doubt of their systematic. somemore they just simply answer your question sometimes.

is your current streamyx 1Mb?
if it is...thn switch to blockbuster 1Mb won't get u the DECT phone....u will get others though

I had the same case with you, applied 4MB on 3th March, TM Point CS said my area is supported. Then later, TM staff checked, they said it is not supported. Then, my flip-flop episodes begin! I re-submitted my application on 7th then no body contacted me again, then I resubmitted on 11th, again no body checked on this.. I gave up.. later I found an official letter from TM saying that Streamyx is not available at my place. Strangely enought, on 16th and 17th March, group of TM staff came and set up booth at my apartment, to get application for Streamyx and Homeline... Hahaha!

Im yet to get any phone call from them until today.. All this while I was the one who went there and made complaint... Siyely appalled tahap cipan dah neh!!!

A reseller in LYN help me apply 4mb pula without my knowledge (well, i m very grateful for his effort).

Now i check mips -> Upgrading to 4mb --> upgrading status ->Your application is now being processes,
which is different with previous attempt:
Reservation facility for IPTV Package is failed.
IM_UTIL.findDSLAMPort: There are no spare ports available on the equipment at KE 63 Frame Usage is not valid or no free facilities are available on Frame Container

And the reseller also gave me the technican contact.
Hope this 4mb really real la. Don't just give me hope and then destroy it = = zzz

I applied 4Mb last saturday, technician already come today. Tested the line no problem, given the green light and 4Mb package here I come. Technicial told me need wait 24hr for the line to be activated. Hopefully ok tomorrow.

Thanx to ahcheap, the technician come my house to install 4mb streamyx on the 1 days after the application is submitted

I just checked TM Mips System, the new pricing for Streamyx Blockbuster deal 2Mb has been lowered down to RM130 (Previously RM140) and 4Mb Blockbuster Deal from RM160 to RM140.
