Yeah they are abit slow when come to new installation & process but I can confirmed to you based on my jumped ship experience to P1 Wimax...Installation almost instant but once installed & you got bad connection using p1..It will takes ages & no technician coming at all!! That's why I potonged them liao joined bck Streamyx..haizzz...From past experience wth streamyx..U called Today, technician will be at your door step nxt day!..My jumped ship was bcos the streamyx technician told me my underground cable gone & might take ~ a week or two to fix..I straight away jumped ship the nxt day without realising that P1 once no connection, It can be as long as > 1mth!!
OK here's my timeline:
Submit application: 4/3/2010
Istallation of phone: 8/3/2010
Streamyx approval & appointement: 11/3/2010
Installation of Modem: 13/3/2010
Receiving DECT phone: Dunno lol
So from the date of application till the date of streamyx for new customer can be as long as 2 weeks & not 1 week as what they told me...when I asked on Thursday when the CS of TM called me..They told me lotsa new cases & thus process of approval getting longer..& my case only came to her n that day!

so many departments and all are not connected.. even the technician that installed my line also say have to wait patiently as they have to forward all the application to many departments to have it approved...
what an inefficient way of doing things... all because there's no competition.. if got competition, i think within an hour can have everything done..
