i believe ... pee1 problem on they supplied "lunch box" modem.

and for amax ... rm68 for 1mb without capping ... that more like it for low speed price

i do not need home line as my family all using mobile phone to communicate and my company using digi as their communication provider...

4mb availability is according to how many port left. as each exchange limited from 50 to 80 port for 4mb. if you cannot get 4mb, not only about you home line can support or not but there's must be available 4mb port. new type of exchange comes with fiber box which can support more than 4mb. rclxms.gif

tmpoint, they only check your location 4mb port availability, if they see there's availability then they will send technician to your premise for switching of port then test the line stability. thumbup.gif

80% is their standard line stability, if you could not get more then 80% then user should log case or report to tm. icon_question.gif

all above info from tm headoffice, which i asked them when they contact me on my complaint of their latest "misleading" bb deals package. mad.gif

fyi, bb deals 4mb cost rm140 with 12 months contract and NO EXTRA COST SUCH AS INSTALLATION CHARGES TO BE PAID BY CUSTOMER. rclxms.gif

hope this could help those that still confuse with bb deals by tm. rclxub.gif
