WARNING: DiGi Facebook Zero NOT Free!
Update:
DiGi returned my call and insisted that Facebook Zero is free as long as no images or external link is displayed. My small amount of credit is not expected to be refunded. After that I insisted that their system is erroneous, DiGi advised to visit DiGi Center to allow them to validate.

I wonder what's my compensation to travel all the way there.

smarter choice, yes, cause the other telco don't have any points at all, right?

You still have time to redeem your point mah, dateline is 25th June, faster faster redeem, how many nokia 1202 can you get with your current point?

thumbup.gif about 50% only.

bonus link points less useful?
*
yes,
we have to get more points to redeem the thing.

digi bonus points: RM1=1 point, bonus link: RM2=1 point(for those bill are less than RM100),
this is the disadvantage.
somemore i got my bonus link start from 1998,
and now i only have 84 points only,
and the products we can redeem i also don have high interesting.

Added on June 10, 2010, 10:44 pmoh ya,
is it digi signed contract with celcom to share their network?

Very little. Total up I think somewhere RM1. I cannot connect using digiwap. The settings in HTC connection manager made Internet Explorer to use diginet only. Digiwap is only used for MMS retrieval.

Anyway, both diginet and digiwap should have worked for Facebook Zero. If it hasn't, DiGi has to make changes, not us.

The product managers for this are already aware of this issue and looking into it as we speak. I'll update everyone here soon.

Added on June 11, 2010, 2:52 pmAlso, no need to go to DiGi Center to settle this for now. I personally don't see why you need to do so. So, please hold on for now. We'll sort it out for you guys.

And your so-called technical department yet to get back to me bout my network issues btw~
Gosh, Its been already 1 week, 5 calls and no action taken for anything at all~
Maybe I know, I don't use 10k per month like those big players.
We shall see whether such deserve an extension or not.

Hmm. That's bad. Sorry about that. The standard time to get back to customers is 2 days, if I recall. Can PM me your number? I'll be able to follow up on your complaint with the CS managers. And maybe some details about the nature of your network issue?
