Anyway, I checked back my credit, it seems that the rm5 has been reverted back to my balance. I guess the implementation has yet to be matured.

I see, maybe it is a new implemented plan. When I first use D-campus, there are also lots of problem. In the early stage, D-campus used the way if we called >RM 2, the over-charged will be reverted back on the next day. Sometime I forgot and called over RM2 but I was not reverted. But anyways, the problem gone afterwards, took few weeks I think.

During that time they never included the clause stating that if you call over RM2 they won't charged anymore what. Now they included the clause already

DiGi have yet to respond to me. Is there a DiGi facebook page where I can write this onto their wall?

DiGi bonus point 3000 can exchange Nokia 1202 already, bonus link points cannot.

If you are using diginet to access zero.facebook.com or 0.facebook.com, you should never be charged. Ensure you're not accessing m.facebook.com ya.
