anybody have problem sending out sms ?
*
Same with me. Recently I got this an hour ago. Weird, today I can send sms and make call but now I can't. Anybody know how to solve this? I tried to make call and I got message that my call is inactive or whatever ;_;
I reset my phone many time but didn't work.

I went to phone shop today to ask staff check why my phone cannot make call or sms until he told me that my simcard seems jammed or corrupted (I don't remember what he said actually)

Anyone got problem like this

hi,
i took the chart above from digi's website for family plan, as you all notice, i boxed the family tariff in red.

i plan to switch to digi family plan, but im considering which one is the best, my priority is cheapest / unlimited call and sms among family numbers.

my friend who uses digi family, told me something like the chart above, he said eventhough maxis and celcom "claimed" their call and sms among family are unlimited, but it is not. i want people here to clarify this for me.

my friend, he actually did tried maxis family plan, then celcom family, and finally settled with digi family lol

Yes, only DiGi is truly unlimited. Maxis has 20 hours and Celcom has 40 hours.
Only DiGi gives unlimited calls, SMS-es and MMS-es.

Hey guys, I got message from Digi that my line is temporarily barred as accumulated charges exceeded credit limit. To reconnect, I have to pay 75% of credit limit! It's true or not?

The problem is I use family package, and I can't pay for myself because my dad is the one handle this.

I am lodging reports about Facebook Zero. I am being charged 10c each time I access. DiGi customer service offered to refund the credit but was unable to fix the issue that I'm being charged.

Someone mentioned about access point settings but because of HTC insistence to use DiGi Internet for Internet Explorer, I am not able to use DiGi Wap settings.

WARNING: Facebook Zero is not free

DiGi promises to revert to me within 24 hours. I'll see what they will do again. It's impossible for me to call them everyday to refund me the few pennies.

Well, unlimited with limited hours. Sounds true also what? laugh.gif

You have to pay that amount irregardless how low is your bill value.
If DG50, meaning monthly commitment is RM 50, use less than RM 50 pay RM 50, if use more than RM 50, pay more lo.

oic, 1 family = 1 bill, regardless how many supplementary line? and if everyone's consumption didnt exceed the plan they choose let say RM50, the bill for that 6 people only RM50/month?

since digi is the only telco with true unlimited family plans, meaning the monthly commitment only will be charged based on call/sms/mms to numbers other than family?

Nope. You can separate the bills, maximum 6 supplementary lines. Main line requires minimum DG 50 which is RM 50 whereas supplementary lines is RM 30 each.
It is RM 50 x 1 + (RM 30 x 5) = RM 200

Yes.

Yup agreed. They told me the billing department will get back to me within 24 hours as well but before that like you said they insisted that I was using non zero facebook. I told him that if I was using mobile the minimum charges would have at least be 50 sen

I'm using it everyday, no charges at all. Make sure you are connected to DiGi WAP not diginet.
