Thank you Vincemy for the latest progress photographs of 1120 Park Avenue. I agree the earlier pictures snapped from the nearby highrise building was more informative. Perhaps you should consider some snapshots from behind the existing shop house also. I think at the moment everything seem to be on track.

Peter’s Brickworks Sdn Bhd, they claimed, intentionally clogged drains behind their houses, causing sewage water to flood their homes whenever it rained, in an attempt to get rid of them

Please read today's Star page M6 of Metro Section with the headline: Drain Cleared. In one of the paragraphs, it was mentioned that "We know that the land here belongs to the Education Ministry who ......" and that means the squatters are not squatting 1120 PA land and that should be a relief for purchasers.

As a purchaser, I didn't have prior knowledge of this squatter issues and neither was I told about the squatters at the time of S&P execution and thus I still expect timely delivery of my unit and whatever issues with the squatters to be resolved before vacant possession.

Attached are some pictures taken today (19/03/2011). I think I have made a mistake (my apology) on the progress of Block #2 as the last picture shows that the floor beams are not even concreted yet. The progress of Block #1 is however progressing quite fast as more wall formworks have been erected. Cheers.

Attached are the pictures which I have taken today (26/03/2011) from the top floor of Pangsapuri Permai. The last picture which I took last week (ie on 19/03/2011) was actually showing the progress of the carpark between Block #1 and #2 and not the progress of Block #2 itself. From the 1st picture (this week) you will notice that the progress of Block #5 is actually much faster than all the other blocks - it is now at the 1st floor, whereas the formwork for the 1st floor of Block#2 has just started without any rebars. In the 2nd picture you will see the carpark between Block #1 & #2 is partially concreted. Cheers.

Attached are the rest of the pictures taken today (26/03/2011). The 9th & 10th pictures showed the progress of Block #2, 11th picture showed the carpark between Blocks #1 & #2, and the last picture showed Block#1 which is behind behind the Petronas station.

Actually I am quite pleased with the overall progress since the beginning of this year and I am quite sure it will be completed as scheduled. Hopefully the squatter issues are resolved amicably before handling over of vacant possession. Cheers.

Vincemy, You are a true friend for all of us.Not many of us can travel to the site often to see the progress taking place there. I see a lot of work has been going on. Thanks once more. I am interested in the progress of this project because I did recommend it to some of my friends and relatives who booked units based on my views.

You are welcome, Befair. I am glad to be of help.

I have corrected my Post #2307 - I actually took the pictures from Pangsapuri Permai (at Jalan PJS 1/25) and not Senja. In the next few weeks I will try to take it from the Pangsapuri Damai Senja (along Jalan PJS 1/52) which should show the progress of phase 2 better. Cheers
