There has been some negative comments recently about the slow phase of work at 1120 Park Avenue. However, it sould be some assurance to note that this developer has always completed their other projects well within the stipulated time, so much so some abandoned projects are being offered to them to complete by the authorites.

This being the case, I think we should not be overly concerned.

I was there on Sunday 12 December at about 1.30pm and noticed 2 highrise cranes are in place and a number of people are at work

Thank you Vincemy for the latest progress photographs of 1120 Park Avenue. I agree the earlier pictures snapped from the nearby highrise building was more informative. Perhaps you should consider some snapshots from behind the existing shop house also. I think at the moment everything seem to be on track.

Vincemy, You are a true friend for all of us.Not many of us can travel to the site often to see the progress taking place there. I see a lot of work has been going on. Thanks once more. I am interested in the progress of this project because I did recommend it to some of my friends and relatives who booked units based on my views.

Thank you Vincemy for going the extra mile to get those great pictures to us. Isnt it nice to see something different every week, meaning there is real change taking place at the site. By the way, did the workers ask you questions or prevent you from snapping those pictures? Anyway thanks once again.

In this case I think it is no fault of Peters that the work has come a halt. The court had made a decision and all should adhere to it, unless there is an appeal. I am wondering on what grounds has MBPJ ordered Peters to stop work? Anybody can shed some light?
