I'm quite sure P1s management also aware their line problem, and instructed counter to accept termination without penalty, they did not give any problem at all to terminate. Do not shout, talk to them nicely ! Good luck ...

Just got my P1 4G modem with RM99 package today, but can only able to get 0.16 - 0.5M speed, can't reach 1.2M as expected, will I get the same speed if I downgrade to RM 49 package ? I am from Brempark Condo, Kuchai Lama.
