the connection at my house (area keramat, kl) had been down for more than 2 WEEKS by now (now use intrnet pnjm).. calld the SC numerous time and the report say technical guy say still doing maintenance work (wtf... )

at last after nearly 3 weeks i got my connection back (still unstable now and then, oh wait, dats how its suppose to be )... now lets talk about that waiver....

after connection got to normal since almost 3 weeks down, my browser now cannot handle java related web content ( youtube, certain facebook feature.. got http error bla bla bla) why ah?

i spoke too soon.. no connection whole of last nigh n even this mornin it is baaaaaaaaad

im still waiting for my 3 weeks waiver for past connction problem.. they say next bill will give but THIS is the next month and they still sms me tp pay full

p1-watfk always experience bad connctivity during night n after 12am... freqent dc every +-10mnutes tru out the night, n they expect us to move the modem around everytime for signal

i nvr able to reach the FUP limit since connction is bad most of the time.. makes u wanna tear u head off anytime u surf.. oh 12 month contract come quick plissss

connection reliability in my area (keramat) is very bad... lousy downtime... connection lost every now n then even though the modem light is green.. each time also need to restart modem then connection back to normal but only for a few minutes.... to post this i have to hit <refresh> constantly for 10 minutes.. n restart the modem twice.. wtf

same here.. they told me no need to return the modem.. to be on the safe side, i would wait for the official receipt before blow up/burn/campak dalam sungai/hit wif car the anooyg little black box...

i think so.. yes.. unless u wanna pay rm900 for not returning the modem
