Anyway guys, I get in touch with P1 Buddy @ facebook and complained about how slow the speed is at night and how fast it was in the afternoon. The CS told me it's their base tower that are congested and offered me early termination without paying the penalty.

now i use Dx230 wifi modem. before this i use @ my old office got full coverage. now i have turn to new office...this area no covorage. but still can get 1bar n weak signal. how to increase bit more signal? who know it?

Guys, wanna ask something. Can we access our modem start page from outside internet from my office lets say.

Because i tried the modem external IP i got from the modem, verified with from whatismyip.com, but its showing proxy error.

So this shows we cannot host website from our pc right ?

I done this with streamyx modem.

is P1 wimax available at presint 15 putrajaya? no coverage in P1 site but my friend said there's coverage there. need to verify this.

no connection from 12pm till now?

before if network problem, still got 3,4 bar
but now no bar at all

I've encountered a problem of which I was unable to login my configuration page at http://10.1.1.254

As previously mentioned, the username and password should be <admin> and <admin 123>

I've already keyed both username and password, but the pop-up flashed stating <Login failed:-2...>

Is there any condition should I be into? (e.g: a distance with my modem no less than 2 meters)

same here, slow speed since Monday ...the signal always 2 bar only

same here.. they told me no need to return the modem.. to be on the safe side, i would wait for the official receipt before blow up/burn/campak dalam sungai/hit wif car the anooyg little black box...

you got wireless on? maybe people hack in and change ur password . just do hard reset to reset the password

I've been using wimax for about 1 year and a half. I have no problems with speed or connection so far. the only problem i have though, is with customer service, which, to be honest, is absolutely terrible.

I've subscribed to the 1 year Home Pro Plan, however, u guys gave me the 2 year Home Pro plan with free modem, despite the registration form clearly stating that my contract is only 1 year. you'd probably say "what is there to complain about? u got a free modem! the 1 year plan doesnt have a free modem!"
well, the problem is this, i'll be graduating in about a month, and im planning to terminate my wimax account. but since u guys registered me under the 2 years contract, that means i will be breaking the contract and i have to pay the ridiculous breaking-the-contract fee thing.
i've complained about this matter numerous times to wimax itself, since about a year ago, through email, chat, and feedback form. and every single time u guys replied with "we'll look into the matter" or "we'll forward this to the relevant department". but until now, nothing has been done. so tell me, if im going to terminate my contract before the 2 year period, do i have to pay anything?
