I am having a failed to obtain IP problem with my WIGGY on my laptop. Any idea how to resolve this error?

No, that's not the problem.

Right now, I am trying with P1 using my desktop and laptop.
I can get connected straight with desktop but I am having the failed to obtain IP with my laptop.

I thought it is my laptop problem so I had reformatted it and still get the same error. Darn!

Damn sucks, I am in P1 HQ right now and I am getting connected via Windows 7 64bit. The moment I leave the building and goes somewhere else I get the failed to obtain IP message.

However, 32 bit Windows (any version) works fine flawlessly. The P1 technical support personnel is also puzzled.

Anyone knows how to get it working on Windows 7 OUTSIDE the HQ? I l keep getting failed to obtain IP problem.

WTH, when I subscribed, I wasn't told any nonsense about the pro-rated charges!! I was only told and assured that my first month bill will be RM 100. WTF.
