Just to update, got a call from DiGi, they've made some changes from their side and it seem like the charges is stop now. DiGi promise the previous charges will revert back to me once the bill comes out.

Confirmed again, APN must put in blackberry.net, put in anything else or leave it blank will get charge PAYU.

hi ching4ever, my area does not cover with EDGE, does it revert back to GPRS and the charges is PAYU? hmm.gif

If its change to GPRS, no i won't charge you PAYU.

You will only get charge if APN settings incorrect or use it as IP modem. Else GPRS, EDGE or 3G all works fine and no PAYU.

MAXIS IS SO MOTHER F! They like sabotage me from switch to DiGi! I changed owner's name to my name for my number, but after I re-register back to DiGi, I've been rejected again! WTF is going on MAXIS!

Now I have go back to KLCC twice and ask them what really happen. My mom now is working. If they ask my mom to come, then I will amok then!

If i take up DG Smart Plan (RM58), am i allowed to subscribe to data plan unlimited as well (RM48)? Since i would need to tether the connection, anybody? =)

In this case, I would suggest just potong maxsux terus. No need MNP and practically beg them to release your number. 012 is nothing but a piece of crap service to me.

I also got dispute with them now. I potong my sub line together with their entry BIS once I got my Digi activated. But on the new bill cycle, maxsux still charge me FULL! Wat a blood sucking company.

Dude, just cancel the line instead. You'll face even more problem after the MNP. My parent's line were port from Maxis to DiGi, under me as suppline, after ported serious problem comes, both 012 line unable to receive call most of the time, the tone is ringing but the phone doesn't. Checked with Digi many times, make report for many times, issue unable to resolve.

Finally after my dad called up and stated he is from Bank Negera Malaysia, Digi got freaked up and quickly check it, finally found out the problem is MAXIS did not release the line properly, both line still stucked in their service. Due to my dad was complaining for his own line, so they manage to resolve it and it is working fine since then.

Due to my mom seldom use phone, she use it as a gaming console more than making calls but sometimes her staff and colleague will still call her via mobile and unable to get through. After she received complain several times, we started to do test on it, we found out that most of the Maxis line can't get through but other operators are working just fine. Finally after 6 months of complain and hassle that calls can't get through, my mom decided to give up that number and register a new number directly from Digi.

At the end, issue wasn't resolve and we believe that it got something to do with Maxis because ONLY Maxis line can't get through while other operators all working fine. So my advise to you, cut off and get a new line with Digi instead.

By right you should be able to do that, try check with D'chat or CS.

i was on the same boat as u.. then i decided to take a new digi line.. now only have to update my contacts of my new number.. not much of trouble..

DiGI BIS satisfied customer. Except for the GPRS charges over diginet APN wrongly configured myself.

Just got back from KLCC and as usual they will say system is down...
I give them one more chance, if not, I'm thinking to buy new number from DiGi...
I hate them even more now!

Thank God DiGi customer service at KLCC (Dynacommunnication) know me already (because always come to KLCC and ask them about my BIS registration) and I can easily go there and cancel my registration, get my money back, and buy new number and register BIS back. Hish!

I am using Digi Smart plan . My APN setting : Enabled with epc.tmobile.com.

But still FREE ! Duno why ..

You are lucky probably. some even told me to put diginet. But from the tech person who called me, he said some users changed to diginet and it charge them. Maybe the system got conflict or what. I double confirm with D'chat, D'chat don't even know what diginet is and the tech guy said just put blackberry.net enough.

Just got off the phone with Digi's BB Tech Guru, he said no need to change the APN settings..it should be left blank! As DIGI BIS's configuration is running on the background + its fully automatic!

If ya wanna stream Youtube faster, then only change APN to digistream.net
