Instead i received this!
DiGi There is an issue with your switch to DiGi caused by your current service provider. DiGi Customer service will contact you shortly to resolve this. OMG!! I hate to wait and now i received this message! WAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! [Edited] I called both DiGi and Maxis. DiGi Customer Service said that my ic number is not same as my maxis number. And I called Maxis, she said that my number been registered under my mom's ic (since before I migrated back to prepaid). Should be, if I migrated back to prepaid, they will ask my ic, instead they asked my mom ic. Now I have to go back to Maxis center at KLCC and change owner's name. WTF! Now I hate maxis even more! Maxis staff today so in chaos. the systems is unstable today, and seems like they didn't listen to customer properly. so, do change ownership already?maxis wont let me to port out even i can provide all the necessary details now i have to go back to my hometown which is so far away from KL just to change the ownership |

MAXIS IS SO MOTHER F! They like sabotage me from switch to DiGi! I changed owner's name to my name for my number, but after I re-register back to DiGi, I've been rejected again! WTF is going on MAXIS!
Now I have go back to KLCC twice and ask them what really happen. My mom now is working. If they ask my mom to come, then I will amok then! |

QUOTE(mikelanding @ Dec 31 2009, 12:06 PM) In this case, I would suggest just potong maxsux terus. No need MNP and practically beg them to release your number. 012 is nothing but a piece of crap service to me. Just got back from KLCC and as usual they will say system is down...I also got dispute with them now. I potong my sub line together with their entry BIS once I got my Digi activated. But on the new bill cycle, maxsux still charge me FULL! Wat a blood sucking company. I give them one more chance, if not, I'm thinking to buy new number from DiGi... I hate them even more now! Thank God DiGi customer service at KLCC (Dynacommunnication) know me already (because always come to KLCC and ask them about my BIS registration) and I can easily go there and cancel my registration, get my money back, and buy new number and register BIS back. Hish! |

As you all know now I'm on DG Smartplan for BB... But can I register for another plan and keep the RM58 unlimited BIS plan?
Let say DG50 + Ulimited Bis. Is it possible? And plus, I can't find the call rates for postpaid plan on DiGi website, like Maxis. Anyone? This post has been edited by little_pixie: Jan 9 2010, 08:29 PM |

Haish. I experienced BIS disconnected 2 days in a row. And my friend said, he also experienced the same with his DiGi broadband. My life is so freaking miserable without BIS... haiyak! But I got connected after 2 hours. Hope I will never ever experienced this thing again.
Oh btw, I only experienced this thing in Seksyen 7 Shah Alam. Near pintu belakang UiTM.. At Setiawangsa (my house) no problem at all. The speed is so laju there. |
