Meaning if we walk in to ding ding still can get the online published rates ?

If so then sure it's much better as can still slowly see how my plan goes b4 buying and realise not enough time to use it.

Just return from Macau and HK, the weather was very cold. Toy Storyland at Disney is small. Skipped the parachute ride as the queue was super long. Went for the U-roller coaster ride, something different when the carriage slide backward.

Hi Xiu Keong, so it will be better for us to buy on the spot @ DingDing travel? Or we need to book online? =(

anyone can guide me? everything in chiense from their site faint...
*
It is easier to buy on the spot. just exit from Mongkok MTR E1, walk along Nathan main road (South bound) about 300m (5 min). The Sun Hing Building is on your right hand side as shown in the picture. As you enter the lobby, there are lifts at both left and right sides., take the left on to 14th floor. Exit from lift, turn left and look for DingDing signage. If you are not sure, ask the security uncle.

Nonsense! There is absolutely no problem by admitting yourself as Malaysian and no. They won't treat you badly just because you're a Malaysian. I've been to Hong Kong and Taipei many times. Trust me! smile.gif

hi there, i am going Macau and HKG tomorrow, you mentioned the weather is very cold, i guess still sufficient just wear 1 jacket ourside right?

Having a scarf would be useful (and stylish) too. I bought a snow cap over there to keep my head and ears warm. Other than that, it is fine.

Why must you tell ppl which country are you from when bargain? Go to shops with fixed price to save time and energy to bargain. Buy the stuff if you think the price is right, and if you can the similiar things back home cheaper, then why bother to bargain and buy when overseas? There are people out there who bargain for fun and for "cheap trill", sometimes to get the sense of victory even if it's just 10cents cheaper!

I got no problem in HK, it's not true that HK ppl dislike Malaysian. What's the reason when your friend said so?? In HK, if you want cheap stuff, look for those 3 for HKD100, 3 for HKD500 kind, or if want branded goods, go to factory outlets, or warehouse sales even, all no need further bargaining. Who would cares which country you are from?

What I've encountered so far is that the question of "which country are you from" is asked as a friendly talk.

Hi all...am travelling to HK on 24 Feb for 6 days ..2 adults and 2 young children ( 1 & 5 years old)

shortlisted royal plaza hotel ( family room ) as good review from tripadvisor.

appreciate any hotel suggestion beside Royal plaza as their rate are not cheap approx RM550 per night.

Understand not all hotel can accomodate 2 kids in one room...any suggestion will be very much appreciated

thanx

I understand they spent millions of dollars to refurbish the lobby but not so sure about the room. Anyway, the location is good though.
