Just visit your nearest branch to apply. The application process will also take up to three weeks. So it's a long wait.

i got mine already this time they act up faster compare to my last TARC debit card application the code come after the day i got my card ...

Hey all, anyone familiar with paypal refunding into your debit card? Where does the money go to, and how long does it usually take?

i had try once before it took 4~5 days to reach your account while the 4~5 days the ammount is on hold...for my PB day2day debit card...

Beside the rate set by BNM, anybody know how many percent each banks charge for those money that credited in to our Debit cards?

nobody know because it fluated every day

I know the US forex rate is fluctuated everyday, but the percentage of those fee taken by each banks is differed. Each banks will impose a fixed fee rate, let's say X Bank is charging 1.5% while Y Bank is 1.0%, etc

I got a EON Bank debit mastercard
I've use it without any problems in past year, since the first blocking, I called them, unblocked, and make a transaction

then again, they block it,

I called them and ask in detail, the staff told me that I've to call them for confirmation before I can use the card to make any internet transaction, such as Steam or Paypal,

Why before I could use them without any problems, now it limits my card??

I also asked for removing the limitation, but I couldn't, I must set a number of times to be used "in the day I called them" to unblock it,

which means, if i say 5 times, and actually i only use 2-3 times in that day, after that, I can't not use the card anymore, Have to call them back for another request

if i must have a limitation, at least set number of times or amount i can use for a month or longer period, but it has to be the day i make the request


is that true? other bank debit card got same case???

this is annoying, I've to spend my phone call fees to call them -.-
