Maybe we should make a poll on which is the best debit card? easier for everyone to do a comparison? Anyone knows how to make a poll to link here? Maybe a second poll on what are the priorities that would make the perfect debit card.

Thanks "CHASE" you practically answered all the questions brought forward.
On the Day2Day card design: I wasnt in the development team for that stage. Customer Service Issue: We do have peak periods, currently we are hiring more Officers to cater for the debit card boom. It will surely be sorted soon. Alternatively, kindly feel free to comment more. |

QUOTE(sam325 @ Aug 4 2010, 02:29 PM) byronong i suppose you are one of public bank team Sure you can if your student pass is still valid. Normally it should be >10 days to be courier to your desired location.anyway as i read from other collections of opinions that PB is a bit late in processing new applications for Visa Electron Debit Card first question: why should this kind of application take that long time as i know is not like CC that the bank need to check the history of the customer among some other checks as well second question which is more important for me personally: i have sent my application for visa electron last Monday 2nd of August . when i should check back to make sure of receiving the application and the improvement of the process one more thing: i am a foreign student which i have been residing in Malaysia for almost 5 years and recently become a citizen spouse but still under student pass. is my profile able to be approved or not please advise... thanks |

feedback noted, will get further details on this.
But at any point, a cardmember should be responsible for his/her belongings. For example, if you drop your wallet with RM1k cash, can you claim your RM1k lost from the government? |

I advise to check on where the card is or went. Normally you would receive the card first.

QUOTE(Veda @ Sep 30 2010, 09:08 PM) byronong, Hi Veda,The PB Card Online Application Form at Public Bank's website needs to be updated to include the Esso Card If I apply via PB Card Online Application Form, I don't have to fax/e-mail/send documents such as copies of my IC? At the moment were updating our website to cater for PB Esso Online Application, it takes longer due to security reasons. You need to fax/e-mail/send documents to the number provided. |
