QUOTE(byronong @ Nov 1 2010, 05:14 PM) PM me your address and name I hope Public Bank will revamp its website as soon as possible. The current website is not very pleasant to look at and the layout kind of sucks. Besides, it is not very user friendly and the design is so dull. Will send the form over to you. currently we have no softcopy as were updating our online applications. There are some really good websites Public Bank can refer to : - Commonwealth Bank - HSBC China - Westpac Australia - Citibank - National Australia Bank - NAB Hope you can forward this message to the relevant department This post has been edited by MilesAndMore: Nov 1 2010, 05:25 PM |

QUOTE(squall0833 @ Oct 25 2010, 04:59 PM) got question As best as I can make out from your posting, since I find your English quite difficult to comprehend, I think you have got things the wrong way around. IF you set the daily limit for the debit card to be used to say 5 times, then when you try to use it a sixth time it will get blocked. What you have said is effectively the very opposite --> "which means, if i say 5 times, and actually i only use 2-3 times in that day, after that, I can't not use the card anymore"I got a EON Bank debit mastercard I've use it without any problems in past year, since the first blocking, I called them, unblocked, and make a transaction then again, they block it, I called them and ask in detail, the staff told me that I've to call them for confirmation before I can use the card to make any internet transaction, such as Steam or Paypal, Why before I could use them without any problems, now it limits my card?? I also asked for removing the limitation, but I couldn't, I must set a number of times to be used "in the day I called them" to unblock it, which means, if i say 5 times, and actually i only use 2-3 times in that day, after that, I can't not use the card anymore, Have to call them back for another request if i must have a limitation, at least set number of times or amount i can use for a month or longer period, but it has to be the day i make the request is that true? other bank debit card got same case??? this is annoying, I've to spend my phone call fees to call them -.- So maybe the solution is to set a higher limit for the number of times of daily use, say maybe 20 times per day to ensure you will not be inadvertently blocked. |
