So you are working in Public Bank?

I already got public bank day2day debit card and I think the new card is better (although not joint to your saving account).

byronong,

The PB Card Online Application Form at Public Bank's website needs to be updated to include the Esso Card smile.gif

If I apply via PB Card Online Application Form, I don't have to fax/e-mail/send documents such as copies of my IC?

Hi Veda,

At the moment were updating our website to cater for PB Esso Online Application, it takes longer due to security reasons.

You need to fax/e-mail/send documents to the number provided.

You should be able to check your account transaction history through PBeBank.com.my. Try to go to any Public Bank branch to ask the customer service officer to add this account to your online banking account (assume you already have one) or have them help you to activate the online banking for this ESSO card of yours.

"Valid for transactions made on Movies, Dining, Air Tickets and Hotels with no minimum spending amount required. "

Limited area for 3% cash area.
Anyway, just to ask.
Normally the cinema, fast food like McD, KFC receive debit/credit card or not?
I rarely see they got the card machine except visa wave....

Cinema such as GSC and Cathay do accept debit/credit card. Not too sure about TGV. I never see anyone paying using card at TGV. So i always pay with cash too. As for KFC & McD, only certain outlets accept debit/credit card.

If there is a VISA Paywave machine, then there must be a credit card machine hidden somewhere.

I think GSC should have card machine since EON bank have a linked credit card with GSC.

You probably have misread my reply. Anyway, GSC does accept debit/credit card. I pay for the movie tickets using my credit card most of the time unless i am buying just one movie ticket. It is TGV that i am not sure if they do accept debit/credit card over-the-counter.
