Anyone knows where to find a Nissin powerpack? I asked one shop and they gave me a look as if it doesn't exist...

Take a short walk in Low Yat itself ... I think I saw some Nissin around but can't remember which shop today.

I just bought a D5000 couple days ago.

First impression - the camera is really great, good quality picture. My previous toy was Nikon Coolpix 4300 ..... yeah ... my 6 yrs son inherited from me

Just a question - the SDHC that come with it is a SanDisk Extreme III 4GB 30MB/s version. I don't plan to shot any movie at all with this D5000, so is it possible for me to get any other SDHC with slower speed? E.g. Extreme III 20MB/s ....

Set to manual. Read somewhere that not all triggers will work with it. Anyway same trigger on SB-600 works fine.

well, i saw some ppl selling in lyn D3000 kit only 2k...

saw a shop in lowyat selling D90 packaged with kit lens and 70-300 lens at RM4800. just the 70-300 it self cost RM2000. Wish i have the money...

question:
what is cls? do we really use cls? planning to buy a flash. the guy at the store recon nissin or SB900 if i plan to use cls for my D5000.

CLS where u can do cool lighting(this is just my POV)
For example,

start slowly and build u lens up.

For good bargain in KL ... u can try Kota Raya, there are 2 camera shop one after another, go to the second one / last shop, owner pretty nice and honest.
Or u can try Boeing at Sg Wang - not bad either.

I got my D5000 from Boeing - no need to rego, they straight offer lowest price possible.

I went there yesterday, offer me 2100 for D3000 kit, credit card no extra charge. Free bag, 4GB card, screen protector, UV filter and tripod, sound like a very good deal eh!

Guys, how much does 'bokeh' lens cost? The one with built-in motor.. I don't know the model.. Those with f1.8 is it?

because of af-s motor and also with bigger aperture...
