QUOTE(noobie1 @ Oct 1 2009, 10:03 AM) ok..that mean u not really understand what iso is...well..if we have external flash, y we want to increase the iso so high?? yes, high iso will have more noise, but that is for when u in low light condition and dont have external flash...well, my opinion, actually the iso is depend on user, if u feel the high iso is having too much noise that u cant accept, well, go get external flash..=) i dun have the experience... what i want to know is comparing the same condition, lighting (low lighting) etc, which is better (in term of qulaity picture and noise level), having hi iso no ext flash or having low iso with external flash... if youre taking pictures in low light, logically the subject is near... unless u want to take of maybe sunset.... but still u can use low aperture and longer shutter... the problem is when the subject is moving (people etc), where u cannot use long shutter.... so the question, which one is better low iso + flash OR hi iso + no flash....i'm asking because i need to decide to buy a zoom lense or a flash.... cannot buy both rite now.... |

My Opinion :- Take the Nissin Di622. Power, etc...is about the same. Main disadvantage is Nissin Di622 can't be fired by most radio triggers.

QUOTE(project-o @ Oct 5 2009, 03:20 PM) Not sure about pocket wizard but the Cactus one and another brand I'm using and also slave sensor trigger doesn't work. Anyway... .the built-in TTL slave function works beautifully to make up for that. did u set the flash as manual or still ttl when using cactus? |
