i feel my iphone having delay or lag problem.

Problem Encountered : Very High Celcom cellular data charge
Steps Had Taken (list down) :

-disable 3G
-have not even activate cellular data network with celcom
-disable any type of apps or data received or sent
-check usage of cellular data: nothing has increased
-even disable wifi sometimes
-call celcom they said virus on the iPhone. Really?

do i need to pay for egde service?

Yes.. EDGE is a kind of paid data service provided by the telcos.

Just put in some fake information at the APN profile to disable EDGE and all incoming data. Please refer to http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1061070

i think my edge only show at the screen,but not working.
because cannot access internet.

Someone please help....

define laggy. i don't experience any sort of serious lag on my 3G even it's been jailbroken with nearly 10 pages of apps. 10+ videos, 200+ songs with 500MB of free space left (on a 8GB).

Hi My father's iPhone 3GS got problem after he told me he did something with the settings. The phone is not responsive anymore.. I mean something like. When you press anything, it doesn't work. But once you plug the headphone, you can hear the phone talking about what you are pressing. What's the the problem here?

1. if you cannot see those settings after upgrading to 3.0, just switch the phone off and on again.
2. just go to the nearest digi center and let them check why u cannot send or receive mms. or u can use a different phone to test the mms.
3. if you feel the phone lag a bit, probably when the upgrade 3.0 complete u straight away restore your previous backup. what i did was to restore back the phone with fresh 3.0 and choose to set the phone as new. then i restore my backup. speed wasnt fast but menu animation is smoother. who knows maybe 3.0 is specifically developed for 3GS and thats why on 3G its a bit slow. if your sms page feel very sluggish just do some cleanup.

oh ya,i remember something.
when my phone no service,it is smooth.
when my phone got service it will become lag.
especially pop out the edge at top left.
is this case make my iphobe lag ?

i m not sure izzit my step wrong and make the phone lag anot.
