Steps Had Taken (list down) :

-disable 3G
-have not even activate cellular data network with celcom
-disable any type of apps or data received or sent
-check usage of cellular data: nothing has increased
-even disable wifi sometimes
-call celcom they said virus on the iPhone. Really?
