It's missing there too. After 'network' there's no 'cellular data network'. So do I have to enable carrier support in iTunes according to the link you gave earlier? I don't really understand the ipcc thingy, I'm such a noob...so if I do as the tutorial instruct, I can update the ipcc file? So I just open the ipcc file?
