Er... if all else fails, take it into a Maxis Centre or Mac shop to get help
PS: I was gonna suggest perhaps the pin wasn't lodged above the hole properly but then realised the hole's so tiny it can fit nothing but the pin so it should fit snuggly

@barteria,
Even if Maxis decides to sell those handsets off, it's not going to be anytime soon. |

I haven't had time to read the article (will do so after this) but from the article it seems as if it was referring to unofficially unlocked phones; if that being so, it shouldn't affect those officially unlocked ones, right?!
Ah well.. I sure hope so cause I'm just starting to enjoy the push notifications/alerts |

@xandman,
Er... I just read the article; and it doesn't say much except the 2 keywords I got was unofficially unlocked phone + unofficial providers. Thing is, I'm using an officially unlocked phone with the official provider so... *smiles* Ah well.. I hope the problem wouldn't be a problem but the last part of the article did mention the iDev Team is working on a fix @xandman, Eh.. I'm a bit blur - but Y are U posting this everywhere. I thought I just replied to this post of urs but muAHahhaahHAha I think it's on a different thread |

@nonexno,
Yes the iPhone can access RHBInvest website but I don't think U be able to view the stock updates (I'm not a member so I can't test) - perhaps give me ur login and I test for U or use ur own i3G to check lah |

@risenhell,
U don't need a JB phone to be able to find this SIM Contact information. Go to Settings --> Mail, Contacts, Calendar --> Import SIM Contacts. @berserk, I suspect you aren't using a legal copy of IM+ or BeejiveIM. I've both applications and have just tried the push on it and am not having any issues. |

@wen9x88,
Yes.. EDGE is a kind of paid data service provided by the telcos. @wen9x88, Just put in some fake information at the APN profile to disable EDGE and all incoming data. Please refer to http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1061070 |

@NickyKhoo,
Yes there's some static passed through. @nkymark, Act, static does still pass through when using USB; at least from my experience with using an MBP to charge. This post has been edited by tinkerbel: Jul 25 2009, 02:25 PM |

@marcus8886,
I don't understand your question; what'd U mean by you MSN while you're outside but U don't send messages through?! Anyhow as long as U are receiving notices on your MSN to your iPhone U will be charged; unless of course you're on Wifi. |
