Just got back from the sales office. Went there to collect my S&P (finally!). They have 'makan' session day today but I didn't go for the food. Anyway, just some updates:
1. 3 units remaining in Tower A. People are still asking whether there's more unit than just these 3
2. Show unit almost ready, just need to properly lay out the road so that we can park our cars

I am purchaser of Type A unit. Found it amusing really that of all things, the space for shoe rack is now being discussed. Personally, I think that's not a big issue. One just need to be creative when it comes to space utilization

I have been to the showroom unit last sunday late afternoon. Surprisingly not many people. I went there with average expectations since my SA said that they still need to do some touch up. In the end, I was really happy about the show unit. Thank you for not disappointing us TT

The tiles that they provided for the bathrooms are nice! And Johnson Suisse's WC and wash basin. And yeah, Type B is more spacious than I expected. They gave rocker switch which the staff said it's more modern.
Overall everything looks good but since I'm not very familiar with the materials they used, I hope they don't just look nice, but it's actually of good quality!

As mentioned by another forumer, the window ledge is not just pure stainless steel but are coated now. According to the staff, they upgraded it for all the buyers. And they will install the waste incinerator thing.

Can't wait to get my unit!!

Oh before everyone got misunderstood on the incinerator thing...it is SINK grinder / incinerator (to crush soft bones, food waste). I wonder though if we want to change the sink, whether it'll be easy to do with the incinerator thing

Yes, the bathroom tiles are given!! The shower tiles are also given as per what you see! The cabinet under the wash basin and the mirror are not included. The shower head is included. Tempered glass ballustrade is as shown

Just received a letter from Trinity Group containing a desktop 2010 calendar and the official reno package costing RM3,100.

I would like to get some advice as to whether you think it's worth that price. Here's the details of the reno package for all types of unit:
MASTER - 1 lighting, 1 fan, 1 low power point, 1 aircon piping
BEDROOM 2 - 1 fan, 1 low power point
BEDROOM 3 - 1 fan, 1 low power point
LIVING - 1 low power point, 1 aircon piping
DINING - 1 fan
KITCHEN - 2 high power point
YARD - 1 high power point

We have to confirm before 27th Feb. Can anyone explain what is low and high power point?

I have consulted with someone who is in the construction business and here's his comments:
1. It's definitely more expensive cos all those power points and fan points are only maybe few hundreds in total. The air-con piping will be more expensive but in total shouldn't be RM3,100
2. It's ok if TT wants to get some profits but the contention is they did not give us the flexibility to change the layout of those points. And also they should have send us the layouts as well. I mean why pay for something that you do NOT need in those locations that TT has pre-assigned? And when you do your renovations, you have to ask your contractors to add a few more points in THE location you want. So you end up paying more and having a lot points in one room

For the above reasons, I'll not be taking the package.

These are just my opinions after speaking to someone. Hope it helps in your decision as well.
