Give it a break Alan... the official launch date was not even 1st of January... SnP states developer have the right to complete within 3 years, I dont think its already a year since it was officially launched... most of buyers bought at booking stage and pre-launch stage..looking at the broader picture, shoplot progress is looking good.. wink.gif

main con are given 18 mths to complete the construction, so i am not worried about the speed. TT definitely has got ample amount of time since they allocated 36mths to buyers to complete. rolleyes.gif

Bro, don't worry.

Normally for a high rise building, pilling and foundation works will take a long time to complete.

Once the foundation is up, u will suddenly see the progress shoot up very fast.

Its consider fast la... if you look at one of the block, parking lot already on 4th and hitting 5th now...

The other 2 block is slower but once the piling is done, it will be fast....

The slowest stage is when the wet/main structure is done, ... tiling, ceiling, wiring, piping... those are the slowest one... room by room, floor by floor....I bet at least 80% of the wet/main structure will be done by year end.

The progress for me i think is consider fast. Building structures is always slow on the pilling and base part.
Worry on my renovation money now. huhuhu cry.gif

if compare with endah promenade or bangsar south UOA, they built the 20 over storey condo within 18 months, zest's progress cant consider fast loh. hopefully they can complete as soon as possible. biggrin.gif

probably these development's pace are above average one la.. as Snp states 3 yrs, should hav ample of time to complete..

nowadays really KS biggrin.gif .. buy liao still not satisfied, must be faster than other ones shakehead.gif jkjk...

reminds me of the light speed pace of Burj Khalifa, from 50 storeys to 160 storeys+peak in 2.5 years sweat.gif

did anyone notice that the construction land size is a bit small if looking from the main road? it looks like doesn't really tally with the picture shown in the brochure.

Yeah I noticed that too. I am wondering whether they are constructing the block A at the same time or not because there is a piece of land beside the construction site which is cleared but no piling was done there.

Anyone from block A which has received their 1st billing milestone?
