I think this 'project' need to be kicked start when we have collected our keys, moved in, form our own JMB and then from the community, to start with this 'e-community'. The portal can support like list down all the security guards faces, booking facilities online, pay monthly maintenance online, comments and complaints, events, news, updates, connect to cctv of the condo, visitor tracking and monitoring, security alarms and alerts, (imaging a cctv to always watching ur own vehicle from carpark hahaha) etc.. etc ...
*
This is definately, absolutely a fantastic idea... rclxms.gif

ya hi back to you Eugene, again the usual bla bla...respect is earned, not given mind you shakehead.gif
Strong words to you doesn't mean it is the same for others. Well, this line sure is familiar hmm.gif where have i heard it?
Oh craps! From you hahaha  and i quote  'Major issue for you doesn't mean it is the same for others' . I rest my case. notworthy.gif
You guys are funny! hahaha

And by the way, i think Horatio Alger's  Ragged d*** is a better read. Yaa...like reading a self-help book makes you a hero whistling.gif

Anyway, peace. icon_rolleyes.gif

You sound not very satisfy with the unit you bought...then why you buy at the first place? Hopping to gether the type A buyers to hv developer to change the layout for a shoes rack?

QUOTE(voltus5 @ Aug 22 2009, 05:05 PM )
Mind sharing where & how u going to be 'creative' about utilization of space? When there is no space?
Just go on acting cool about it  When your guests come over, you gonna play 'pass the shoes' with them hahahahah
should be able to pass time

Next time go sales office, study the layout la   doh.gif

Anyway,ignorance not a crime
*
I understand your concern, but you just sound like those who bought type A and don't think the shoes rack is a big issue to them are funny fellows... shakehead.gif

QUOTE(voltus5 @ Aug 24 2009, 04:54 PM )
Finally...someone who understands and can relate.  Thank you Mr. Potato for at least being able to notice and second the
opinion unlike some others who just prefer to keep quiet and accept injustice from this amateur designer/architect.

We need more dignified type A owners to step up to the plate and point this out to the developer.
*
type A buyers are quiet doesn't mean they don't care what they had purchased but maybe they are ok and the shoes rack is simply just not a big issue to them. Don't la sound like only you care sleep.gif

Better to open up a new thread on the shoe rack related discussion can go to http://www.thezest.my/forums/index.php?board=6.0

and the built up area discussion can go to:
http://www.thezest.my/forums/index.php?board=2.0

I have the same feeling too. The triangular site looks small for such a big project.

I think maybe we couldn't measure the land using our eyes, it won't be accurate hmm.gif

The actual land size should be enough for the project.... icon_rolleyes.gif

Hi all, do you know the different between duplicated S&P copy using developer binder and normal binder? Is it same?
The lawyer told me they have out of stock for developer binder for about 1mth ago.
Appreciate your advice. Thank you!
*
I got the "normal binder" as well... the lawyer had said the samething to me also sweat.gif . But I believe the content of the S&P has no different la....just using a different binder only.

Only Block C got Type E, the other block dont have. Type E layout same as Type B but master bedroom and bath 1  bigger, somemore it is corner unit, and it is bigest unit amount all the type. but very pity lah...facing Block B
I like the layout of type E as well and it's bigger. Unfortunately the unit is facing block B which I really don't like.

Under the 2010 Budget, the government proposed a fixed tax rate of 5 - 30 per cent on gains from the disposal of real properties effective January 1 next year.

Any thought for those who invest The Zest?

The show unit is ridiculous dizzy. Hell lots of mirros. rclxub.gif
*
Agreed...it is simply too much...over do. rclxub.gif And then yes, the pictures are more impressed than the show unit. But overall, still quite nice nod.gif

I don't think I will go for the renovation package if they really provide this service. As I won't be able to monitor the additional things (power point, switch, air-con point ect.) that I would want to add-on to my unit. I don't want the hassle with the job done that is not what I expect. Unlike renovate after the unit has finish, we can actually measure, design and allocate all the additional stuff properly according to our preference.

Don't want to use imagination again to renovate my house... wink.gif

yes tt is having 1 more project - trying to link project name to bukit jalil but it's actually near oug/old klang road!!!

launching sometime 3rd qtr with starting price above 300k.

definietly, i'll buy one unit.

but also plan to buy one a few units of ho hup one jalil.

coviallea is different league, i.e. high-end. hence can't compare with middle-end zest.

i also own zest.

hence, trying to diversify my holdings all over bukit jalil.

Is it safe to invest so many under construction project with only one developer?
